SHEPPARTON MOTOR INN Tudor House Motel

The Motel is on the major road through Shepparton. Close to the RSL for meals and close to shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had necessities for showering and washing hands. The bed was comfortable.

Simple room with the necessary minimum! Microwave, kettle, plain grill, fridge, cups, spoons. It's more than enough 🙂 A pleasure also to have tea and coffee! And some cookies 😋 If you need more crockery and cutlery, just ask reception 🙂 The shower is perfect, with strong pressure, and easy hot water adjustment. Television in the bedroom. Tables, chairs, sofa, bedside tables. What more ! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that, daily housekeeping! I'm glad to have stayed here. Thank you for your warm welcome and your kindness 🤗

Family running the business lives there too which was a comfort factor for us. Most travellers likely prefer total quiet. But for city folks like us, the little bit of activity and sounds was another comfort factor for us, cos it means people are within reach; live is happening as we snooze. Eg. Those who travel amid work stay there (I assume that’s what’s happening as the person we saw had visibility vest on as he went in and out of his room).

Location was great

The Tudor (Name soon to change I believe) has been renovated recently and is clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom had easy access to soaps and conditioner. The heating was a quiet Split system unit in a main room that had plenty of bench space for luggage and work space for my laptop. The Motel is close to the RSL which was great for dinner and a beer.
